Fidelity Security Group Swaziland is a leading security services provider, committed to safeguarding people, properties, and businesses. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tactical Armed Response Officer to join our dedicated team.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and prevent criminal activity
• Respond swiftly to incidents and investigate suspicious activities
• Work closely with control room personnel to coordinate response
• Assist in deterring criminal activities through visible armed presence
• Prepare incident reports and maintain records of patrol activities
• Ensure safe and secure handover procedures
• Use conflict resolution techniques to diffuse tense situations without resorting to violence.
• Follow best practices for threat assessment and the appropriate level of force, keeping public and personal safety a priority
• Maintain high levels of physical fitness with the ability to handle high-pressure situations

 Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  
• Valid Police Firearm Competency Certificate (Handgun, Shotgun, and/or Rifle)
• Previous experience in armed response or law enforcement (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Clean criminal record
• Maintain high levels of physical fitness, as the job often involves long hours, quick response, and potential physical engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license.
