Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers

2. listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems

3. Sell Umsuka products and assist client to complete application form telephonically

4. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support

5. Taking messages and direct them to relevant people

6. Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the Umsuka App



Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
