Key Accounts – Data Clerk

Fidelity Cash Solutions – CashMaster, Waltloo

Reporting to: Key Accounts Manager, CashMaster

The above position is vacant at CashMaster in Waltloo, reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, CashMaster

A Temporary post within the Key Accounts Department to ensure that all Client data on internal systems is accurate and up to date.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Able to work effectively in a complicated environment with minimal management guidance/supervision


Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)

  • Updating Client Data on internal systems from multiple sources of data
  • Ensuring corrections are made as per contractual agreements
  • Compiling reports for exception review by Management
