Fidelity Cash Solutions – CashMaster, Cape Town

Reporting to: Regional Manager Coastal CashMaster

The above position is vacant at CashMaster in Waltloo, reporting to the Regional Manager Coastal CashMaster

Provide operations, production and dispatch with repaired and/or refurbished spares to be re-used in the field, refurbished devices, at client sites and as boot stock for the technicians. Attend to Julong calls and repair Julong devices.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Able to work effectively in a complicated environment with minimal management guidance/supervision
  • Good analytical and problem solving ability
  • Technical understanding


Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)


  • Attend to Julong Calls and closure of calls within SLA
  • Reporting and documenting of all stock needed to repair Julong devices
  • Stock take weekly and monthly
  • Assisting Manager with daily issuing and receiving of stock
  • Quality checks
  • Completion of Job Cards
