We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Tactical Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing strategic tactical operations to ensure the safety and security of our organization and its personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement tactical plans and strategies to address security threats and incidents.
2. Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate corrective measures.
3. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to enhance security measures and response capabilities.
4. Conduct training and drills for employees to increase their readiness and preparedness for potential security incidents.
5. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our security protocols.
6. Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in law enforcement or security operations.
2. Strong knowledge of tactical planning, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and make quick, sound decisions.
5. Physical fitness and agility to handle demanding tactical operations.
6. Valid firearms and defensive tactics certifications in rifle, shotgun and hand gun.
7. Should reside in paarl or surrounding areas.
8. Psira Registered Grade A
