Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
- Must reside in Cape Town
- Possess a PSIRA grade A certification
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Own transport with a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record in managing security operations effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple security sites
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and supervise security staff
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Develop and implement security protocols and emergency procedures
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Handle any escalated issues or incidents effectively
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting
