    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Liaison Officer to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the cleaning and hygiene industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of cleaning and hygiene practices. The Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for acting as a main point of contact for several sites and addressing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The role will also involve sales and coordinator functions

    Key Responsibilities:


        - Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional             manner
         - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints

- Act as the main point of contact for all sites

- Understand client needs and objectives, ensure their expectations are met

- Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and inquiries
- Dealing with credit notes, time and attendance collation

- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

- Answering of all incoming telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner
- Providing regular updates to the Management team

- Providing support for all administrative tasks

- Adhoc responsibilities


Requirements:


- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work under pressure

- Previous sales and contact centre experience

- Brilliant administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
