Location: Bloemfontein
1 X Grade A Supervisor
2 X Grade B Supervisor
The above positions are vacant at Bloemfontein, reporting to the Operational Manager. The Mobile Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a mobile workforce, ensuring that employees are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. This role will involve traveling to different job sites, providing supervision and guidance to employees, and reporting back to management on the progress of projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- at least Grade 11or, Grade 12
- Valid PSIRA Grade A/ B registration and accreditation.
- Numerical literate
- At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry
- Must be able to write reports and incident reports
- Clear criminal record
- Must be able to work shifts
- Valid driver’s license Code 8 or 10 and valid PDP
- 3 Firearm Competency – Handgun /Shotgun and rifle
- Fluent in English. (write and speak)
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
- Supervise a team of mobile workers, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client about security services rendered.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring that all Security Officers meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the client.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.
- General management and supervision of security staff.
- Ensuring that all HR related queries are dealt with promptly.
- Investigating incidents and submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident reports to Management.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work hours, and project completion.
