Job Title: Fleet Administrator
Location: FSS Phillipi Office (Cape Town)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Administrator with a strong background in fleet administration to join our team. This individual must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and overseeing repairs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
- Develop and implement efficient processes for monitoring and managing fleet operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Coordinate with drivers and other team members to effectively manage fleet logistics
- Handle all administrative tasks related to fleet operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in fleet administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
