Position: Contact Centre Outbound Sales Agent (Line 2)
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Overall Purpose of the Job:
The incumbent will be required to ensure that all moving cancellation requests received are processed as per the customer’s requirement and in line with the Company's standard operating procedures with the main focus on ensuring maximum customer retention.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Computer Literate (full MS Office Packages)
- A minimum of 3years sales and lead generating experience in a call centre environment
- Knowledge of the security industry beneficial
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Booking of appointments for relocation and reconnection customers
- Manage the diaries for sales consultants
- Scheduling of system removals
- Liaise with clients on the status of their relocations/reconnections
- Qualify and call all new leads and follow up on open leads
- Receive, respond to and resolve all queries (internal and external)
- Ensure accurate record keeping of all customer communications
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met
