Vacancy: ARU Security Officers – WITBANK/ MIDDELBURG MPUMALANGA

We pride ourselves on providing professional and reliable security solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Armed Reaction Officers to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide immediate armed response to alarms and emergency situations

· Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and prevent criminal activity

· Respond swiftly to incidents and investigate suspicious activities

· Work closely with control room personnel to coordinate response

· Assist in deterring criminal activities through visible armed presence

· Prepare incident reports and maintain records of patrol activities

· Ensure safe and secure handover procedures

· Use conflict resolution techniques to diffuse tense situations without resorting to violence.

· Follow best practices for threat assessment and the appropriate level of force, keeping public and personal safety a priority

· Maintain high levels of physical fitness with the ability to handle high-pressure situations

Requirements:

· Grade 10 or NQF level 4

· PSIRA Registered (Grade B or higher) with Armed Reaction Certificate

· Valid SAPS Firearm Competency Certificate (Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle) with Business Purposes

· Previous experience in armed response or law enforcement (minimum 2 years preferred)

· Previous mining experience will be an added advantage

· Clean criminal record

· Maintain high levels of physical fitness, as the job often involves long hours, quick response, and potential physical engagement

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Valid driver’s license with PDP
