Vacancy: Senior Alarm Panel Configuration Operators

Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Alarm Panel Configuration Operator(s)to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting alarm panels and security systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring alarm panels and security systems.
• Certification or training in alarm panel configuration is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various alarm panel brands, DMP, Risco, DSC.
• Previous experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with alarm panels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities (Not Totally inclusive):

• Configure alarm panels and security systems based on customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with alarm panels and security systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on alarm panels and security systems.
• Train and mentor junior configuration operators.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding alarm panel configurations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in alarm panel technology.
