Job Summary:
We are seeking a Grade A PSIRA Registered Operational Manager with significant experience in security management. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting risk assessments, managing disciplinary actions, managing employee leave and rosters, and possess their own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
- Review and conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats
- Manage disciplinary hearings and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage employee leave requests and schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Oversee security staff and ensure compliance with all security protocols
- Monitor and report on security activities and incidents
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and clients, to ensure effective security measures are in place
- Serve as a point of contact for all security-related issues and concerns
- Ensure all security staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Conduct regular security audits to identify areas for improvement and address any deficiencies

Requirements:
- Grade A PSIRA registration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing security protocols
- Strong understanding of security laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle disciplinary hearings and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and security management software
- Own reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
