Job Title: Tactical Officer
Position Summary:
The Tactical Officer is responsible for leading and coordinating tactical operations for Security enforcements. This position requires strong leadership skills, expert knowledge of tactical procedures and strategies, and the ability to make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and oversee tactical operations, including raids, hostage rescues, and high-risk arrests.
2. Coordinate with other law enforcement agencies, military units, and government organizations to execute joint tactical operations.
3. Train and instruct team members in tactical procedures, weapons handling, and close-quarters combat techniques.
4. Develop and implement tactical plans and strategies to achieve mission objectives.
5. Conduct threat assessments and risk analyses to determine the best course of action for each operation.
6. Maintain and inventory tactical gear, weapons, and equipment to ensure readiness for operations.
7. Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other agencies to coordinate tactical activities.
8. Provide leadership and direction during tactical operations, ensuring team members adhere to established procedures and protocols.
9. Conduct after-action reviews to evaluate the success of tactical operations and identify areas for improvement.
10. Stay current on developments in tactical training, equipment, and tactics to ensure the team operates at the highest level of proficiency.
Requirements:
- Psira Resistered in Grade B/C (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Armed response, CIT, 3rd Man postions
- Valid competency in Hand, Shotgun and SL Rifle (Crucial)
- Stron knowledge on weapon handling
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and agility to participate in tactical operations
