Control Room Operator - Grade A
Introduction...
The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all site specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
Minimum Requirements...
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Grade A/B/ PSIRA registered and accredited
- Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc
- Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
- Strong ability to work shifts
- Work independently and within a team.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call Centre
- Fluent in English
- No criminal record or any Pending Cases
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Firearm Competency with Business Purposes
- Driver's license with no endorsements
- At least 3 contactable references
Job Specification...
