Job Title: Client Liaison Officer


Summary:

Fidelity Securefire South Africa is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and acting as a liaison between our clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all client communications are clear, concise, and accurate
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any client issues or requests
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide support throughout the process
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their account, projects, or services
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the security or fire protection industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Knowledge of security and fire protection systems is a plus
