Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for delivering training and support to our clients and operations team on the road. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our track and trace application, excellent communication skills, and a patient and professional approach to working with diverse individuals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and support to clients and operations team on the road
  • Ensure precise delivery of client key bags, packages, and collection of same
  • Troubleshoot problems and issues that arise while on the route
  • Interact with clients in a professional and humble manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of training and activities
  • Provide feedback and insights to the training team to improve processes and procedures

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • PSIRA certificate - Grade C
  • Driver’s license Code 10 with PrDP
  • CIT certificate
  • Firearm Competency
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of logistics and operations processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
