Grade A CCTV INVESTIGATOR
The above position is vacant at Bloemfontein.
The main purpose of the position is to ensure Surveillance operations and report on it.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate, or Grade 11, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry
- People management experience.
- Administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills are required.
- Strong planning, leadership, organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Fully computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, What’s App) and can work their way around and understand when being taught how to use other software programs
- Must have CCTV experience
- Must be Medically Fit
- Must be able to work shifts
- Pass polygraph test quarterly
- Clear criminal record
- Must able to write reports and incidents

- Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish and sustain effective risk management.
- Establishment and maintenance of an effective information network to investigate prioritized crime threats.
- Establish and sustain an effective risk management process in allocated micro work environment to identify and reduce crime enabling factors.
- Complying with Standard Operating Procedures of the Site.
- Managing all aspects of the control room.
- Updating the incident register daily.
- Able to exercise and maintain discipline.
