Job Title: Creditors Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Creditors Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance, be a fast learner, have contactable references, and possess proven experience and qualifications in creditors/finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain vendor relationships and address any inquiries or discrepancies
- Prepare and review supplier statements and reconcile to the general ledger
- Verify and process expense reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience working in a creditors or finance role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Contactable references

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
