Job Title: Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Administration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration, with the ability to effectively manage a team of operations administrators. The successful candidate will be a team player, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of operations administrators to ensure efficient and effective office operations
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to streamline processes
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of administrative staff
- Monitor and manage the department budget, including expense tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate administrative support for various projects and initiatives
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
